1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MandapX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MandapX regarding your use of the platform.

By creating an account or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these terms for your records.

2 Description of Service

MandapX is an online platform that connects venue seekers with venue owners. We provide a marketplace where users can discover, compare, and book venues for events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and other gatherings.

MandapX facilitates communication between parties but is not a party to any rental agreement between venue seekers and venue owners. The actual rental contract is formed directly between the venue seeker and the venue owner. We do not own, operate, or control any of the venues listed on our platform.

3 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4 Venue Listings

Venue owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. All venues undergo a verification process before being published on the platform. MandapX reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains inaccurate or misleading information.

Listings must include accurate information regarding pricing, availability, capacity, amenities, and photographs. Misrepresentation of venues may result in immediate removal of the listing and suspension of the owner's account.

5 Bookings & Payments

Bookings made through MandapX are subject to the venue's specific terms and cancellation policies. Payment terms, including any service fees, are clearly displayed before booking confirmation. MandapX may charge a service fee on completed transactions.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added as per applicable laws. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information.

6 User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any prohibited activities while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Manipulating pricing, availability, or reviews
• Attempting to circumvent our fee structure
• Using automated means to access or scrape the platform

7 Intellectual Property

All content on MandapX, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, user interface designs, and software, is the property of MandapX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without our explicit prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

MandapX provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of listings, the quality of venues, or the availability of services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold MandapX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the platform

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, without prior notice or liability. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination of this agreement.

11 Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12 Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.
